Be part of our exciting team at Mutiara Seafood, Jumbo Seafood's first Halal Seafood Restaurant with their award-winning Signature Chili Crab. Located in the heart of the Malay/Muslim district at Wisma Geylang Serai.
- Provide Friendly & Excellent Service of food and beverages to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with fellow Team Members to prepare and set up the restaurant for service, ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and ready for service
- Assist in inventory
· Accurately use the POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Assist guests with their requests and suggest menu items, proficient in all aspects of the cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and restrooms.
· Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
- Clean up tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties and re-stock table ware for dinner reservations/ events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in F&B industry
- Driven & Passionate to Provide the Best Experience for Customers in the F&B industry
- Customer-oriented, service focussed, responsible and positive working attitude
- Able to commit to restaurant's peak period including weekends, eve of and public holidays and able to work in split shift
- Computer Savvy is a requirement to use the POS for billings
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
Job Information:
- Pleasant working environment at Wisma Geylang Serai (Paya Lebar MRT)
- 5 day work week (must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays)
- 13-month bonus applicable
