Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling manpower needs for various projects based on client’s requirement
- Able to handle and oversee multiple projects at one go
- Sourcing, interviewing, recruiting and deploying of potential candidate
- Maintain your own database for a pool of manpower under your supervision
- Handling salary and admin matters for manpower under your supervision
- Ensure issues faced are resolved within stipulated turnaround time and escalate to reporting in-charge with solutions as and when needed
- Building rapport with your manpower and clients for long-term partnership
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Able to handle and oversee multiple projects at one go
- Good connection with good source of manpower
- Self motivated with initiative to grow accounts under your supervision
- Able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment and in a team
- Competitive, Responsible and independent, with good working attitude
- Outgoing with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field
- Salary: ($2,300 - $3200) inclusive of Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus
