Work location: Chinatown/Clarke Quay
Contract duration: 6 months (extendable subject to performance/company requirement)
Salary: Up to $3,500 (Depending on qualification & working experiences)
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights on HR areas such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, engagement, etc. to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data being presented in dashboards.
• Optimise the performance of dashboards for speed and usability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard usage and interpretation.
• Clean and translate data that will be optimal for dashboard publication.
Requirements
• Quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in dashboard development, data visualisation
• Proficient in Tableau and other data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with database management (data transformation, data warehousing)
• Knowledge of SQL, R, Python is advantageous
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
