Summary
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Remuneration Package: Basic (Up to $2900) + AWS + VB
- Zero GST warehouse experiences required
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate resolution of shipment issues and coordinate logistics.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment pickup and delivery.
- Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements, keep customers informed about their orders, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure timely billing and collection of charges from consignees or their representatives.
- Execute all transactions accurately, thoroughly, and promptly.
- Vigilantly follow up with airlines and overseas offices regarding any discrepancies or issues with cargo.
- Handle customer inquiries and address complaints professionally.
- Prepare payment vouchers, validate vendor costs, close shipment files, and organize documents.
- Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and permit declarations.
- Experience working in a Zero-GST Warehouse.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Availability to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
- At least three years of relevant warehouse experience.
