Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, control, co-ordinate and oversee the site work operations.
- Close coordination with project team, contractors, EPC contractors , Clients & etc to ensure timely work completion.
- Manage and be responsible for all aspects of construction works.
- Lead role in managing the sub-contractors for the task.
- Involve in the thorough review of method statements and risk assessment and technical submissions for approval.
- Responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the works.
- Site project management.
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets and prepare reports for submission to the Client.
- Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and reporting work progress.
- Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with the approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods.
- Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
- Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report.
- Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
- Arrange and conduct Daily Tool Box Talk and control the labor force (or subcontractor).
- Perform other related duties as required by Management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
min 10 years working experience

Microsoft Office
