Job Scope:
· Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
· Provide event administrative and operational support.· Receive general instructions on new projects.
· Sourcing for event supplies
· Able to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
· Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives.
· Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
· No experience is welcomed.
· Possess good communication skills
· Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary
· Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned
· Able to multi-task and work independently, with good time-management and organizational skills
· Senior position is open to candidates with more experience.
