Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
- Coordinate and oversee all ceiling works on site
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
- Handling technical and engineering problems on site
- Responsible for planning programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of local ceiling working experience in building projects
- BCSS certificate is a must.
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Willing to work in subcon trade
