As a Boutique Manager, you’ll play a critical role in establishing MUS.za’s brand optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service .
You will be responsible for:
- Daily opening and closing of Boutique
- To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
- Follow up with online and in-store customer enquiries
- Build customer loyalty through active client development, profiling and follow-ups
- To achieve the boutique business goals
- Monitor the boutique KPIs
- Responsible for managerial and operational aspects of the store.
- Responsible for and oversees the setting up operational procedures, staff training and customer service.
- Develop sales/marketing strategy to drive sales and customer traffic in-store
- Visual merchandising
- Assist with in-store events, and other ad-hoc admin duties.
Looking for someone that possesses:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in luxury retail sales
- Prior exposure in jewellery is preferred
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese
- IT knowledge
- Possesses management and leadership skills.
