As a Boutique Manager, you’ll play a critical role in establishing MUS.za’s brand optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service .


You will be responsible for:

  • Daily opening and closing of Boutique
  • To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
  • Follow up with online and in-store customer enquiries
  • Build customer loyalty through active client development, profiling and follow-ups
  • To achieve the boutique business goals
  • Monitor the boutique KPIs
  • Responsible for managerial and operational aspects of the store.
  • Responsible for and oversees the setting up operational procedures, staff training and customer service.
  • Develop sales/marketing strategy to drive sales and customer traffic in-store
  • Visual merchandising
  • Assist with in-store events, and other ad-hoc admin duties.

Looking for someone that possesses:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in luxury retail sales
  • Prior exposure in jewellery is preferred
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Chinese
  • IT knowledge
  • Possesses management and leadership skills.

The Details

  • Basic + commission
  • 5 Work Week
  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Location: Raffles Hotel (City Hall)
