Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational duties
- Data entry of relevant information into database
- Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and despatch.
- Assist in scheduling and setting appointments of managing director
- Inventory of office supplies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managing director
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook
- Good writing and communication (verbal and written) skill
- Able to perform data collation and analysis
- Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
- Bacholar Degree in any field
