- Welcoming or greeting the guests.
- Attending to guest’s queries.
- Engaging with guests at the area assigned. Presence and attentiveness is very important for the role.
- Ushering / directing the guests to proper queue / visiting venue.
- Engaging with the pre-arrival information and queries.
- Managing and filtering the queue.
Requirements :
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and any additional languages is an added advantage
- Good team player, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
