1. To lead and supervisor a team of construction workers for general construction works.
2. To ensure all construction workers report to work before the daily toolbox meeting timeline.
3. To ensure each construction worker is assigned to the right position to carry out the work.
4. To ensure the completion of monthly progress target by the construction workers.
5. To ensure the construction workers follow the Company's Safety Policies and Rules and that these Polices and Rules are strictly adhered to by each member.
6. To ensure the construction site maintain a safe and clean environment for the work progress.
7. To ensure each construction worker is equiped with the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment.
8. To prepare and review each worker's monthly timecard and countersign on the timecard after the completion of each working day.
9. To update the monthly project costing worksheet for monthly progress claim purpose.
10. To assist the project management team with monthly progress claim meeting and project costing preparatin.
