Your role
Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Use their product and front-to-back process knowledge to support FX transactions
- Understand risks and apply this knowledge to risk metrics
- Support new or emerging business areas and identify limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
- Interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
- Identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps
- Increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
Your team
You’ll be working in the FX Operations team in Singapore. We work closely with the Front office and Ops stakeholders to provide day to day support, assist in meeting their objectives and strategies for the FX business. Day to Day desk support – including confirmation, settlement, post-settlement, trade life cycle management & reconciliations.
Your expertise
You have:
- Solid interpersonal and client-relationship skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- 3+ years FX operations experience or related function
- Excellent Excel skills
- Some VBA / Alteryx skills and experience of building tactical reconciliations would be highly beneficial
- Good understanding of Risk/control environments with proven track record
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritize
- Strong FX product knowledge
- Risk and control mindset, familiar with operation escalation protocol and sensitive to potential red flag in the F2B processes.
