Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Wholesale sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the South – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Managing shipping logistics and supply chain operations
- Liaising with external parties such as warehouses, freights forwarders, clients, etc.
- Handle outbound documentations such as order fulfillments, invoices, etc
- Supporting sales teams in customer service, adhering to customer requirements, oversee payment (LC) statuses, and resolve discrepancies with bankers
- Data input using SAP system
- Ensuring compliance for exports with SOP
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced/Knowledgeable in SAP
