Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
- Carry out inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the QA team and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's quality management system.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs on quality control and assurance.
- Participate in internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
