Job Detail: Lift Supervisor
- Working Days & Hours: 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Monthly Base Salary: From SGD 3,000 (based on relevant experience)
- Additional Benefits: Monthly Fixed Allowance, AWS (13th-month bonus), and more
- Bonuses: AWS (13th Month Bonus) + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of lift technicians, ensuring seamless coordination of work assignments and maintaining exceptional performance standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of elevators, escalators, and related systems, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with safety standards and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with clients, providing timely updates on repair and maintenance work progress, and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage the procurement of necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Entry Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the lift, elevator, or escalator industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, showcasing effective leadership and team management abilities.
