Application Support Analyst

Olam Cocoa Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • To understand the organization digital systems and provide support.
  • To provide support over ERP system such as SAP and other supporting/interfaced systems.
  • Act as a bridge between users and product development team or with 3rd party vendor.
  • To provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
  • Assist with systems integration wherever required.
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents; manuals and procedures for using an application or software suites.
  • Identifying and resolving business and technical issues.
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
  • Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.
  • Preparing maintenance plans; master data management and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
  • Developing reports for teams across the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years supporting corporate end user services over ERP and other manufacturing systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment.
  • Abilitiy to engage with senior business stake holders.
  • Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with product management team based globally.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills; multi-tasking and time management skills.
