Job Description:
- To understand the organization digital systems and provide support.
- To provide support over ERP system such as SAP and other supporting/interfaced systems.
- Act as a bridge between users and product development team or with 3rd party vendor.
- To provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Assist with systems integration wherever required.
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents; manuals and procedures for using an application or software suites.
- Identifying and resolving business and technical issues.
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.
- Preparing maintenance plans; master data management and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
- Developing reports for teams across the business.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years supporting corporate end user services over ERP and other manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment.
- Abilitiy to engage with senior business stake holders.
- Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with product management team based globally.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills; multi-tasking and time management skills.
