- Provide technical support to customers and field service engineers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any technical issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- With 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
