- Lead a team of 10-20 member works on rotational shift, ensure operations runs smoothly
- Lead and manage a group of system engineers and drive the adoption of enterprise technology solutions for monitoring, reporting and batch processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation related to the monitoring, reporting and batch infrastructures including SOP, guides and other relevant technical and process documents
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the monitoring , On-Demand and TWS infrastructure, identifying any need for preventive or remedial maintenance such as fine-tuning and capacity planning.
- Provide/maintain interfaces between monitoring, reporting, and batch service level management and asset-management tools.
- Support installation, configuration & maintenance for Middleware components.
- Web server changes including proxy configurations, SSL Protocols disable and cipher changes support & CR’s.
- UAT Systems & Production GZ support ( 24*7 ).
- Pen test Vulnerability fixes & Support.
- Patch Management for all the platform systems. Addressing critical patches & deployment them with proper plan.
- EOS/EOL upgrades support.
- Provide technical assistance to development team and operation teams.
- Ensure the supportability of the middleware software. Plan and lead upgrade projects.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Support a 24*7 work environment under a flexible work arrangement.
- Provide 3rd level support to colleagues from system and application support areas in context of incidents and problems identified or raised by the monitoring, reporting and batch facilities.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in the area of system and application monitoring, reporting and batch using troubleshooting tools and techniques and referring to external vendors.
- Analyse and perform migration of systems/applications central monitoring, reporting and batch environment in accordance with established procedures, in order to ensure proper service availability
- Transfer knowledge to colleagues and ensure sufficient documentation is available for tasks tobe assigned to first and second level support
- Support Continuous Improvement process on the tools and processes implemented.
