We are looking for contract Patient Service Associate (PSA) to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, which encompasses billing and payments.
- Assist patients with inquiries, navigate them through the healthcare system, and uphold compliant medical record management.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to support patient care and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring favorable patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
- Minimum customer service experience required.
- Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
