Job Scope
- To support technical team on lab practical work for different segments (Chocolate/Bakery/Dairy)
- To assist with preparation of prototypes and training session
- To work closely with various stakeholders (Customer innovation, Marketing)
- Sensory evaluation of food samples
- Housekeeping of lab
