Job Duties:
- Manages all clients and provide product support across business for onboarding
- To be a specialist on virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters
- Support client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to products
- Launching of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
- Providing support for launch of functionality relating to product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to lauch
- Stakeholder management - supporting of internal teams, external partners and clients on enhancement
- To be able to support various initiatives at once and manage multiple internal/ external stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- APIs knowledge is an advantage
