Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and coordinate projects through interaction with others to assure desired outcomes are achieved in an effective, timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Provide direction to designers/consultants to assure that complete Packaging engineering plans will be in conformance with current engineering practices, standards, and codes.
- Contract Management - Manage contracts by identifying selected vendors, establish and development long-term working relation with them.
- Lead, IQ, OQ and commissioning site works together with vendor.
- Involve in FAT, IQ, OQ and commissioning site works together with vendor.
- Identify and develop opportunities for cost reduction through de-bottlenecking, process/packaging improvement, efficiency enhancement, waste reduction and introduction of new/improved processes/equipment.
- Led the vertical start up and smooth transition to maintenance/operation at end of the project.
- Part of overall engineering team to lead or support the maintenance strategy and asset management system.
- Assist in the creation of SOP’s, checklist, and work instructions
- Responsible for ensuring that EHS is a core value and integrated into the business and operations.
- Follow all GMP requirements to ensure proper manufacturing environment
- Administration of third party service providers.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field of study such as E&I or Mechanical.
- Min 5 years industrial in Electrical & Automation or Mechanical. Preferably experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to follow written and oral directions with precision.
- Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of task performed.
- Ability to work with minimal direction, in a team based environment.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC & Wonderware System application.
- Experience with SAP and CMMS preferred.
Requires overtime or night shift work during FAT, IQ, OQ and commissioning etc. site works.
