As the Operations Administrator, you are expected to perform the following key responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations duties such as invoicing and warehouse operations administrative support.
- Generate data from the system and ensure return sales invoices contain customer signatures and company stamps.
- Resolve issues with missing sales invoices and provide feedback to the respective departments on such cases.
- Sort sales invoices according to the running numbers and scan them into the system.
- Retrieve invoices when requested by the finance department.
- Post sales invoices into the customer’s order system.
- Receive phone calls and direct them to the respective personnel.
- Other operations ad-hoc duty as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a GCE O Level.
- Candidates should have 1 year of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Candidates with experience in Food Trading industry will have an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Meticulous in data entry and monitoring status.
- Possesses strong organisational skills and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen and willing to learn spirit.
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week, with off on alternate Saturdays.
