Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in designated waste management segments.
- Develop and negotiate proposals, maintaining ongoing communication with potential clients.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for order processing and documentation.
- Generate regular sales reports for management.
- Work with Customer Service to maintain and update customer database with essential contact information.
- Support the enhancement of the Customer Care Program by monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing complaints.
- Adjust strategies in response to changes in customer requirements and business strategies.
- Gather and analyse information on market conditions, competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Must possess own vehicle
- Must posses 1 year of chemical sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills
- Excellent sales track records
- Team oriented and dynamic
