Job Description
- Formulate and execute robust marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals, encompassing brand elevation, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate, implement, and refine integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social media, email, print, and other mediums
- Conduct meticulous market research and analysis to discern trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to generate marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and promotional assets
- Oversee the digital marketing arm, including website optimisation, SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and social media endeavours
- Monitor campaign performance metrics meticulously, dissect ROI data, and furnish senior management with insightful reports
- Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine marketing strategies and tactics
- Mentor and cultivate junior marketing personnel, providing them with actionable guidance and fostering their professional development
- Create strategies and executing both paid and organic content for Xiaohongshu and Douyin, implementing CPM, OCPM, CPA and CPC
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with a pronounced focus on devising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results through strategic marketing initiatives
- Proficient project management acumen, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and adhering to tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a penchant for seamless cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset, adept at deciphering data, extracting actionable insights, and steering data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools
