Responsibilities
· Overseeing project quality plans.
· Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.
· Understand the interfacing work of MEP and Architectural Work with Structure.
· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
· To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
· Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractor.
· Liaising with authorities, clients, sub-contractor, and consultants to resolve any commercial and contractual matters.
· Check and create MOS & RA
· Resolving technical problems/ difficulties that may arise on site.
· To ensure proper handover of project to client.
· Any Ad-hoc duties required.
Requirements
· A Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with preferably experience in LTA projects.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Possess with relevant safety certificate.
