Job Description:
1. Develop and implement the international brand strategy for company products, including brand positioning, brand promotion, and brand management.
2. Responsible for market research and analysis in Singapore and Southeast Asia, understand the needs and trends of the target markets, provide decision support for brand strategy.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the brand strategy, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service.
4. Manage international brand communication and promotion of company products, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
5. Responsible for international trademark registration and protection of company products, ensure the legal use and rights of the brand.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with international partners, including ecosystem partners, agents, and suppliers.
7. Monitor and evaluate the international brand performance of company products, develop improvement plans to increase brand awareness and competitiveness.
8. Responsible for management and training of the international brand team of company products, improve team's professional capabilities and performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of international brand management experience, with preference given to those with successful brand promotion cases.
3. Familiar with marketing channels and methods for brand promotion in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, with strong market insights and analytical abilities.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international partners.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages is preferred.
6. Strong project management skills, capable of organizing and advancing brand promotion projects effectively.
7. Innovative thinking and creativity, able to continuously propose new ideas and solutions for brand promotion.
8. Strong team management skills, able to motivate and cultivate team members to improve team performance.
9. Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associate.
