Job Description
- Perform monthly cost reporting and tracking of ongoing jobs
- Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks
- Prepare quotations, bills of site control and site valuation
- Assess and evaluate subcontractor payments
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Working experience in construction - 2 to 3 years preferably in civil work
- Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
