Job Description
- To ensure all dishes, utensils, glass ware and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized. Ensure all such items are placed in storeage area.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and stewarding area by washing, sweeping and mopping daily.
- Dispose the garbage at bin centre.
- Report missing and/or damaged item to the superior

- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
