Regional Sales Manager

Auo Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop sales channel and partners to expand products and solutions presence
  • Designs, strategize and executes the sales plan to meet sales targets
  • Prepares sales reports and pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for project awarding, principal forecasting, order fulfilling and reporting
  • Establish/Manage partnership in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and partner growth objectives
  • Host and run quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Manage multiple brands and channel routes to market team to help accelerate revenue growth
  • Support the development and execution of the partner’s business plan, advising on strategic development and/or expansion by industry, geography, and solution
  • Provide recommendations to improve partner’s sales strategies, coverages, and capabilities
  • Conducts in-depth of market research, includes competitor and pricing analysis, country studies and market visits
  • Expands client base and network and maintains strong and long-lasting client relationship
  • Attends events and conducts business trips across the region to explore and establish new relationships and create new business opportunities
  • Manage regional exhibition/road-show activities along with colleagues locally or regionally

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a Display technology company
  • Strong business acumen in Pro AV industry is a must
  • Design and develop strategic planning to achieve revenue targets
  • Build effective working relationships with clients to develop revenue opportunities and deliver good quality of service
  • Knowledge of selling in various vertical markets such as Enterprise, Education, Retail, Medical and etc.
  • Results oriented and proven track record in sales achievements
  • Resilient and agile to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and highly organized
  • 50% of travelling across South Asia and SEA countries on yearly basis
