Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team in providing high-quality accounting and corporate secretarial services.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting and corporate documentation.
- Supervise the preparation of full sets of accounts and partial sets of accounts, including reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Manage timely submission of deliverables to clients with precision and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on regulations and standards, conducting staff training as needed.
- Drive process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director to expand the client portfolio and manage client relationships.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Director.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an outsourced accounting or corporate secretarial firm.
- At least 2 to 3 years of people management experience, demonstrating effective leadership.
- Proven experience in dealing with tax authorities and managing tax audits will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional certifications.
- Experience in dealing with diverse teams and clients.
