Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Sales presentation to potential clients / leads, lead negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals to drive revenue growth
- Preparation of digital marketing campaign proposals for clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing
Requirements
- GCE O Level and above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing solutions business development and sales will be advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Facebook/Instagram, Google SEM, Xiaohongshu, content marketing and WhatsApp marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
