Accounts Assistant cum Admin
- Salary: S$2,600 - S$2,800
- Work Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
- Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Preferred Start Date: Short notice
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts
- Post all supplier invoices in CRM system (daily)
Issue and update payments to suppliers in CRM system
Reconciliation of Supplier Statement of Accounts
Ensure accuracy in the Account Payable Reports
Prepare payment to suppliers
Create Billing for Outsource Manpower, Rebates and etc.
Assist to provide the required information/documentation in Annual Audit
Assist to extract Supplier invoices for customer warranty issues.
Assist in Account Receivable duties when required
Filing and annual box up and arrange files in the store.
- HR
- Monitor Staff Leave and Medical Claims
Onboarding and Offboarding of staff
Prepare documentation for Staff Loan Equipment – Acceptance and Clearance
- Admin
- Monitor pantry and stationery supplies.
Raise purchase invoices for office general expenses
Assist to ensure the office is well kept and contact the relevant contractors on any maintenance required for the office.
Document and update when required all supplier/customer information into the corporate CRM system.
Filing, annual box up and arrange files in the store.
- Logistics (when required)
- Assist to Generate Delivery Orders/Invoices for shipment to customers.
Assist to receive incoming goods.
Monitor DO closing and prepare Daily summary reports
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support to operations.
- Process and perform data entry into Corporate CRM system
- Assisting HR/Finance Manager in general accounting and administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’Levels / Nitec in Business Admin/Accounts related qualifications
- Preferably with relevant working experience
