Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and electronic hiring procedures.
- Oversee HR administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and departmental policies.
- Utilize professional expertise to coordinate resources and execute tasks related to recruitment, competency assessment, talent alignment, and organizational management.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and communication climate.
- Assist in talent management initiatives, including talent structure planning and implementation of talent strategies.
- Provide support for routine HR operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, and compensation.
- Proactive, team-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
