Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide daily quotes.
- Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, WhatsApp, fax, email, or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations.
- Create sales documents such as quotes, orders, and delivery slips.
- To assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules.
- Handle On-hire and Off-hire machinery and record properly.
- Manage Machinery Insurances
- Support Implement on various Equipment
- To prepares and follows up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- To liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
- Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- To assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers about jobs before and after completion.
- Work with team to achieve the sales department’s goals.
- Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers for all issues.
Requirements
- Well Versed in MS Excel, Outlook, familiar with excel formulas.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Support sales team with their day-to-day work and any admin tasks.
- Able to Multi -Task
- Prefer Construction Experiences
GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
