Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform operation according to work instruction
- Handling of meat products, seasoning and panning
- Handling of vegetables, cutting and de-cartoning
- Inspect meat and vegetables products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
- Monitor and perform simple machine trouble shooting
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the working station
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- With a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- At least 1-year experience in central kitchen
- A team player with good communication skills
- Able to do rotational shift and able to start as early as 4am
- Must follow strictly to SOP, Safety & Hygiene and Halal regulations
- Work on weekend (including Public Holiday)
