Job Description:
To provide efficient support and coordination in daily admin tasks,
and other general office support administrative tasks as well as to assist
Director in any administrative duties assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to company operations and assist Director.
- Work with vendors, verify Invoices before arranging payment
- Assist in internal audits of work processes to support process improvements
- Preparation of staff claims and input to accounting software
- Issue sales invoices and input payment invoices to accounting software
- coordinate staffs travel arrangement, handle telephone enquiries, attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and etc.
- Perform other clerical duties and general admin tasks as and when assigned
