JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle warehouse administrative duties.
- Responsible for inventory management and daily updates of the system.
- Preparation of Sales Orders, Stock transfers, Delivery Orders, and Packing Lists.
- Ensure all transactions are entered accurately into the system.
- Daily stock check on DO and PL.
- Arrange timely delivery.
- Coordinating between office and warehouse staff.
- Check and ensure no discrepancy.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’ level or diploma in any discipline with 1-2 years of relevant Minimum working experience and above.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, mature and possess good communication skills to interact with staff from all levels.
- Possess a positive working attitude and able to work both in a team and independently.
