Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant Executive for our enrichment center. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in tuition centre sales, within the education or enrichment industry. While a background in tech is not mandatory, an interest in technology is considered advantageous.



Your Requirements

  • Assist the managerial team in generating revenue through effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.
  • Excited to work in a highly dynamic, high pressure setting.
  • Positive, adaptive mindset
  • Demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions with parents and colleagues.
  • Organised, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Very comfortable using various platforms to communicate with staff and clients, utilising Whatsapp, Telegram, Emails.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be very proficient in written/spoken English and Mandarin as the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers/parents..
  • Demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions with parents and colleagues.
  • Tech-Savvy, good digital literacy is a Must.
  • Must be very familiar with google applications, in particular, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail.
  • Keen to learn about Learning Management and Customer Management Systems.
  • Friendly, tactful personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
  • Thrives in a sales-driven environment.
  • Has cold calling or lead generation experience (preferable, but not a requirement).


Work Hours

9am to 6pm on weekdays; 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekends.

5-day work week:

Preferable to work both weekends, or at least 1 weekend.

(If working 1 weekend & 4 weekdays, off-days will be on 1 weekday and 1 weekend).

(If working on both weekends & 3 weekdays, off-days will be on 2 weekdays).
