We are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to work closely with our Director and Principal Interior Designer in all design related activities.
Thexton Smith Interiors is an award-winning firm that is growing rapidly in Singapore and looking to expand its operations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Obtain endorsements for scope of work from the relevant management
- Plan and prepare schedules for project implementation
- Ensure all design plans are in accordance with site surveys
2.
- Call for quotation, scrutiny and recommendation of award to sub-contractors
- Prepare project costing and overview of profitability of project
- Manage cost by constantly updating Variation Orders

- Manage, coordinate and supervise all Builders' and M&E works
- Ensure all workers on site have valid work passes
- Conduct regular site meetings with clients and all sub-contractors to ensure projects run as per schedule
4.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN and M&E works
- Conduct handover inspection with client
- Complete defect rectification works and obtain successful handover by client
You will work closely with our director to assist in the management of current and prospective clients and projects.
The position is a full-time position, and the right candidate will be remunerated accordingly.
The position is office-based with site visits required from time to time.
