Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design conceptualisation, alignment with clients’ objectives and delivering compelling 3D renders
- Work closely with client servicing team to ensure creatives relevance and innovative ideas
- Proficient in space planning, 3D perspective, elevation plans, detailed drawings and visual presentation.
- Lead the preparation of artist impressions of 3D renderings, expertly incorporating lighting effects and technical precision while adhering to specification
- Demonstrate flexibility by promptly updating and revising drawings as required
Requirements:
- Strong design background with experience in spatial design, illustration design and visual presentation skills.
- Independent and responsible individual, effectively managing projects demands and deadlines.
- Hold a Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition/Event Design or related disciplines
- Proficient knowledge of 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Worked within an agency environment with notable events, exhibitions or conferences design experiences is an advantage
