about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Follow up quote approval process
- Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Issue and verify sales order
- Provide costing to sales person on new projects
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma qualification
- Min 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Semiconductor experience will be a plus
- SAP user will be a plus
- Hands on with sales order & processing
- Willing to travel to site with sales representative (no need to do sales)
- Able to commence within a short notice or immediate will be a plus
- Willing to work around Sembawang / Woodlands / Marsiling area
