Responsibilities:

- Utilize your mixology skills to craft innovative and high-quality cocktails, ensuring consistency and excellence in beverage offerings.
Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock rotation, to maintain an adequate supply of ingredients and beverages.
Develop and update beverage menus in collaboration with the management team, taking into account customer preferences and market trends.
Train and educate staff on bar operations, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of service staff, bartenders, and baristas, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
