Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts and tax submission for a portfolio of entities in Singapore and ensuring that they are IFRS and tax compliant.
- Responsible for reporting of Joint Venture companies results in Cognos
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly/ quarterly reporting of management accounts
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and submission of treasury reports, including daily cash sweep balance report to Group Treasury
- Provide support in the year-end audit, annual budget and forecast exercise
- Provide support in the implementation of Finance SOPs in overseas entities and review of operational finance work done by the local Finance teams
- Support in the new systems implementation (budgeting, Cognos and SAP)
- Handling both internal and external audit requirements (XBRL filing and FS preparation)
- Any other duties as may be assigned
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Possess ACCA/ degree/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, MS Excel/ Cognos, S4 HANA & REVAL is required
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills for financial data, with an eye for details
- Able to self-motivate and encourage cohesive work team
