Job Purpose
The ServiceNow Tech Lead plays a critical role in leading and overseeing the technical aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation, customization, and ongoing support within the organization. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency across various departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to customer stakeholders.
· Manage project deliverables, resource availability, and governance across project activities.
· Create and seek approval on project schedule of activities and assign them to technical team (i.e., ServiceNow administrators/engineers/developers).
· Propose any risks and relevant mitigation plan, in monthly and quarterly review meetings.
· Effectively minimize or eradicate risk of scope creep or moving target during project delivery.
Required Qualification and Experiences
· Min 10 - 12years total experience is required and Min 8 years of ServiceNow development experience and/or project management
· More than five completed or managed full ServiceNow implementations.
· Currently has the following valid ServiceNow certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
o Certified ITIL4 Foundation Practitioner (preferred)
