We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspect of store operations. The candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customers experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance , implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and appealing.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
4. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis.
5. Able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software such as (MYOB And SQL).
7. High School diploma or equivalent (Reatil management or a related field is a plus.)
