Job Purpose

Candidate will join Executive Education at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in which the main mission is to empower leaders with the skills to thrive in a complex, fast changing world.


The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Executive Education consists of a highly trained, fast-moving, and client-oriented team dedicated to marry innovative policy practices with the latest theories and approaches in public policy and administration to deliver top educational experiences to our clients.


Candidate will play a pivotal role in providing support in ensuring smooth delivery of high quality executive education programmes and efficient daily business operations.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, with a passion for process improvement and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


Finance

• Processing payments to vendors/suppliers/Faculty/Speakers
• Submitting request to create vendors/suppliers/Faculty/Speakers accounts in NUS system
• Generating billing document to customers/clients
• Preparing internal journal documents
• Preparing documents for filing of tax in the various regions of clients
• Submitting staff claims/ travel requests in NUS system

Procurement

• Submitting purchase request in NUS system
• Performing Goods Receipt in NUS system

Programme Logistics

• Preparing engagement letters and contracts to Faculty/Speakers
• Preparing programme evaluation report
• Upkeeping data entry to facilitate data analysis across all programmes
• Ensuring data integrity for the department

• Keeping records of payments made, completed requests, etc
• Supporting Programme Manager in programme preparation and delivery when required
• Performing stock take of programme supplies, office supplies, IT supplies, etc
• Supporting onboarding administration for new staff

Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum ‘O’ levels
- Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Has a good command of spoken and written English
- Detail oriented and a team player
