Work Location : Woodlands
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 7.30 pm ( 4.5 hours)
Contract Period: 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining of the school’s premises & equipment eg cleaning of special rooms.
-Facilitating vendors / contractors for their maintenance, operational or logistical works. - Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
- Assisting in closing of school premises at the end of school day.
- Carrying out any other operational and logistical duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Manager
Requirement
- Have prior experience in maintaining of premises, logistics or simple administrative duties in an educational institution.
- Able to relate well with young children.
