· Experience in Maintenance, Facility or M&E Technician in building maintenance with experience working in retail mall, commercial, mixed development or industrial properties.
· Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection systems and other building systems.
· Knowledgeable in general maintenance processes and methods
· Good interpersonal skills and team building spirit.
Main responsibilities include:
· Inspection of buildings, M&E equipment and any non-compliance under authority’s requirement and guidelines of fire safety, workplace, health and safety standards.
· Conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
· Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
· Attend and rectify tenant feedback and complaints.
· Handing over of premises to new tenants.
· Conduct joint inspection with tenant during handing/ taking over of leased areas.
· Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
