Responsibilities:
- Accounting data entry - Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables, Inventory entry to Excel and Accounting System
- Reconciliation of Bank & Clearing A/c
- Process reimbursement of claims for staff
- Monthly Journal Adjustments, GST
- Full Set of Accounts & Month End Closing
- Inventory Control and Forecasting
- Monthly stock take with our Team
- Other ad-hoc
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
- Min 3 years in Accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in Xero Accounting System will be an added advantage
